After struggling with the Lenovo laptop that I bought at CNA. Many trips of going back and forth I even felt like part of the stock there, I would like to give my greatest gratitude to Sandile. No matter how hard I came down on him he always kept his cool and remembered to offer the great service that he is hired for. For him to go an extra mile and have me replaced by a new Acer laptop, I'm loving it. Thank you and keep up the good work. Sesi
