No Customer repair sevice and NO EMAIL RESPONSE!

I purchased a clay trophy of the Open Champioship from your La Lucia store. The trophy was not as one piece (Base & trophy was separate and Pro Shop had lost the piece that puts it together). The sales person because of this sold it to me for R900 and i had to put it together of which I did. To cut a long story short, this trophy broke at the prize giving of the event. This was not due to our own fault but was a manufacturing fault as the clay part of the trophy had broken. Had the trophy been dropped then it would have shattered. One of my friends took the trophy to the La Lucia branch where he explained the situation to the manager on duty. he told me that the manager was not helpful at all and he mad every excuse why he could not assist us. I then went in to discuss this with the manager who was already defensive. He told me it was our fault and was not going to help me. He said we had dropped the trophy. He then said there may have been a hairline crack when the base was engraved. This is impossible as the trophy and the base were separate when the base was engraved. I have spent alot of money at your store of late and I am really disappointed in this service as there was no effort.
