I was in store about 4- 5 Months ago to change my personal details its 5 months later and my details has still not been updated I have send through 3 emails regarding this with my correct id, Etc, etc, hey don't get back to me and now my freaking statements are also still wrong I'm fed up asking for the same thing over and over I don't see the point going in store changing it and its still wrong, sending a 1000 emails and still wrong, I think someone there cant do their job, iIm highly upset and am thinking of closing the accounts as well. Can Someone please help this people to get a simple thing right of just changing a surname, they can go check their mails cause I'm sure as not sending it again
