Good day,

Upon checking my statement I noticed that I am still being charged for a fashion delivery item which I didn't take. I EXPLICITLY asked the imbeciles at the fashion delivery department as well as the Pavilion store to reverse the charge of R515 but to no avail. They did however reverse the fashion delivery charge of R40. Let's give them a round of applause for that.

Seriously, I do not have the time for such utter and blatant incompetence. I phoned in no less that 25 times and have the phone records to prove it. I live in Johannesburg and am unaccustomed to dealing with such severely uneducated, incompetent people such as those I encountered in the duration of my Durban holiday.

I wonder if those people will now reverse this charge or will I need to take this to my lawyers? They are in complete violation of the Consumer Act and this is absolutely. Basically I have been defrauded and they have money from me by lying in the attached statement. I want the R515 reversed and a new statement sent to me before the close of business on Friday or the people I dealt with as well as the company will hear from my lawyers.
