MY FASHION DELIVERY NOT DONE IN 10 DAYS

I did a fashion delivery on the 5th of April at Galleria (Amanzimtoti) branch. I added R40.00 extra for each of the two items in order to get the delivery done in roughly 4 working days. It's the 17th of April and still nothing. When I contacted the branch on the 16th of April, the person that answer told me that he is TOO busy to check if it's there as yet and told me that I need to come into the branch. What bad service, telling me that he is too busy to check. After that I contacted the call centre that advised me that the order is note even processed as yet. What the heck, don't the branches follow up on these things? I then managed to find one of the items at another branch today and asked them if it's possible to cancel the one item for Fashion Delivery. Whilst talking to the manager he rudely just starts speaking to a customer next to me. This happened three times. As soon as I start talking to him, he talks to the customer next to me. He eventually assisted with cancelling the one item, but still this kind of customer service and delivery is terrible. I'm really dissapointed in Truworths overall. We pay so much of money for iteams we puchase, but no service.
