Nine West
Poor quality of Nine West handbag

I purchased a Nine West handbag from the Sandton City store in around August last year.

Barely a year has passed and the material on the handbag is fraying VERY badly. I paid a lot of money for this bag and I expect it to be of superior quality. I have other handbags for over 5 years that aren't even showing any signs of deteriorating.

I would kindly appreciate a response to my complaint.
