During Aug/Sept 2013 i reported at Foschini Store Brookly that there was someone using my ID to open accounts and to use my existing accounts to make purchase. i therefore requested that my account be blocked which i have fully paid up. In Oct while cheking my credit report i noticed a Foschini Retail account has been opened, a credit balnace of R25 000 was granted and the person made a purchase of R10 000.00. Firstly how can that person open an account at the same store and where i have informed them and i thought a lower credit balance was granted on opening accounts and will increase as time goes on.
