Last year December 2012 I wrote a report on sport scene and the false information they reported on my Transunion report and head office replied saying the matter has been sorted out and they have informed Transunion to remove the slow payment listed on my name for the month of November. In January the listing still appeared on my credit report, I then called Sportscene customer care to find out when will they consult Transunion, the response was they have reported it to be removed but it will take 30 days, the slow payment which shows I haven't paid my installment for November which was not true is still showing to date. Can someone please do the right thing at Sportscene and do as they said they will do as this is going to spoil out long term relationship because this is not a small thing to report false information on a clients credit report.
Fatima Combrinck reponded about this and said they have given Transunion an instruction to remove this to date it's still in my credit record, it's not removed. Can someone please be honest and assist me please.
