On the 27 Decemeber I reported that Sportscene put 30 days in arears on my Transunion report for the month of November installment which is not true. I made a payment via internet banking for November and was shocked to see that arears under my name, I then spoke to Nthozama from their customer service who couldn't help me with my enquiry. I wrote a report on Hellopeter and Jacqueline Freer responded promising that she will forward my response to customer service and they will investigate this matter, to date no one has ever called me from Sportscene, no one cares about this false report they've put on my report. Do they understand the damage they doing on their customers credit reputation, I would like to end this relationship with sportscene and close their account, I cannot work with a credit provider as untrustworthy as them. I am so disgusted by their customer service and want nothing to do with them in the future.
