I purchased 2 soft furnishings in August and returned one item in accordance with Coricrafts returns policy. I am still waiting for the refund! The branch manager has been totally unhelpful, no one returns any calls, they stare blankly at you when you go into the store to query the delay and have demonstrated complete incompetence in resolving this matter. I am expected to comply with the company returns policy but Coricraft does not feel the need to honour any of its obligations. Do not believe them when they say they are willing to refund you. The refund procedure is cumbersome and ineffective, unbelievable in this electronic age.
