Worst customer service experienced

On the 22nd of October 2013, I went to DionWired the Grove mall Pretoria East to buy a Fridge that i saw on special going for R15500.00 from R17000.00 .
Sales person helped me with all the information i needed to know about the fridge and i was happy to buy it, we filled all the documents required when we get to the till, the fridge price was futher reduced to R12500.00
I bought it went home and they promised to deliver in on the 25th Oct 2013
The next day the 23rd of Oct 2013 i received a call from Siphokazi Buso the store manager who told me that i was charged wrongly and she wants me to come pay the difference and I refused told her that it was not my fault that it was further reduced to R12500.00. she shout at me saying she is going to reverse the purchase and I will not get my Fridge she will make sure they won't release it from the warehouse

I was victimised as a customer and she violated my consumer right making their problems mine I felt offended and not respected, she ended her call by dropping it in my ears

Can some one please address the complaint to her as i am very unhappy with her attitude.
