I went to click's store at Jabulani mall, Soweto on 18/10/2013 round 14h28 pm. I purchased goods and I paid with R100 note, and the teller gave me charge R50.80 and when I got outside the store la step away from the door I notice that the R50 note was fake I went back in to have the cashier exchange it but the manager refund she told me that it is my loss and they are not cover for such matter, and it was my fault cause I did not check the money before leaving the till and that I went out of the store so the is nothing she can do I just have to deal with the loss and move on. and I tried to explain that it is not my fault and I did not see the need to check my change as it was 1 note and 80 cents and beside clicks is a big store. We stood the talking the same things I left the store disappointed and felling robbed and angry at about 16h35 pm.
