On 25th of April I went to buy airtime at Clicks, Southgate mall. I was the second person on the qeue. The person in front of me was called by an available teller. The only teller that was available at that time just sat there talking to another teller as if we were not there. I assumed that she was not on duty. I waited for the next available teller to call me. Then this teller named Agnes without a care in the world as she kept talking called me. I was irritated because for a few seconds she sat there ignoring customers chatting away as if she was not on duty. I purchased my airtime and she was carrying on chatting and eventually gave me my airtime. I left not realising she did not give me change. I came back and told her I needed my change, of course she did not believe me and wasted a lot of time as she went back to check the till if she gave me my change or not. I know it is also my duty to make sure I get my change. But she has a bigger responsibility of checking things that could affect the company and her job.
