On the 09/04/2013 I went to Pick n Pay to buy Groceries, The Cashier by the name of Tlaleng Williamson assisted me and my Groceries total came to R209.07 and i gave the cashier R220.00 .
The cashier took the notes and she said the R20 looked like a fake note and she showed it to her colleagues and eventually she called the supervisor to verify if she can accept it or not
The Supervisor took the same money to the Manager and on her way she was showing all the other people on the floor and there I was standing there everybody talking about my fake money.
After 15 min she came back and i could see her walking slowly showing her colleagues the fake note and she said to me unfortunately they cannot accept it as per the Manager.
I eventually had to use my debit card to make payment, as i walked out i went to the Manager to complain about my time they have wasted and he couldn't care less.
I need a written apology from this incompetent people and worse part they don't even have machines that checks if notes are fake or not they just physically look at it and decide.
I felt like a and embarrassed by this whole situation
