To whom it may concern, I purchased an OMO Auto 2kg with the GUARANTEE of a free gift, in my case I followed the prompts after dialing the USSD code on the inside of the packaging and chose a movie ticket from Ster Kinekor and was notified I would receive a call in 48 hours to place my booking for a movie. Like many others on this forum I have not received any feedback in the last 48 hours. Unilever rolled out this promo to retain consumer brand loyalty, because of the threat of market share loss in the introduction of Ariel's auto washing powder but have failed dismally in satisfying customers expectations. Whichever company has been contracted as the third part service provider on this promo should be dismissed for their incompetence in service delivery. As a loyal customer, with or without the incentive of a "free gift" I am truly disappointed with Unilever in this regard.
