SAB is a big brand but they do not know what customer service is. I do purchases for a well know 5 star hotel from them on a weekly basis but they can never get it right and they always promise to deliver the next day which also never happens. I once again placed my order on Monday the 14th October to Carel and the sales department, that's 2 emails, because they deliver on a Friday. Friday i called and guess what? Dissapointment once again! Carel advised that I will get my delivery Monday, Monday passed and no delivery. Carel emailed me again and promised delivery Today. Today is gone and still no delivery. I spoke to Asanda (sales, I think) and she was giving me excuses with no solution and told me that Pedra/|Bedra (planning deliveries) will get back to me. I spoke to Madelein who was very rude telling me she is trying to help me by sending my order tomorrow because I only placed my order on the 18th. She didn't want to listen to what I was trying to explaine to her until I had to ask her to calm down and just listen before she start anwsering without having any facts.
How am I supposed to be @ a five star hotel but I do not even have local beers to offer my guest?
