I would like to thank mrs Van Wyk, the admin manager at checkers westgate. I recently went there to have money drawn from the mobile money unit, but due to the amount I couldn't do the transaction. im not the easiest of people and I have a very short temper therefor im really not the easiest of customers. She went out of her way to help me and stayed calm throughout my anger issues, she was more than willing to help me and did it with a smile, most cases people tend to get arrogant with me about it and then I really go ballistic, but she took the time to assist me and helped me with my problem without saying one bad word about my anger or attitude and to me this meant a lot. I offered her a cash insentive for the help she had given me but again she didn't even accept it, she merely said its part of her job and that she was more than happy that she could help me. She is an asset to youre business and I take my hat off to someone like her! Thank you for understanding my frustration and for helping me without any problems.
