I was contacted back by Totalsports after my initial complaint last week who could only offer to repair my phone as a solution for the 2nd time!! This is a brand new phone that shouldn't have had to be sent for repairs to start with especially since this is a manufacturer's fault. I have not had any pleasure of enjoying my new phone and now its in repairs the 2nd time. I don't even have faith it will be fully functional by the time I get it back. Will I have to send it for repair the 3rd time? As a consumer I do not have to deal with this. Its unacceptable and unfair to me. As a retailer you're able to claim back refund for this non-functioning unit which is clearly D.O.A from the supplier. Id like a new phone. I'm not willing to wait for the one in repair. I have a right to a new phone as a consumer and you are failing to deliver. How would you feel being in my shoes? I've been a loyal totalsports customer and I'm starting to feel skeptical about doing purchasing products or clothing from you in the future. Please renew my faith and give me a brand new phone as a replacement.
