I bought a lounge suite from ellerines lydenburg in july 2013 as well a blackberry and tablet
at that stage I was the most important customer in the branch until I signed the contract I had to wait 2 weeks for my tablet after endless empty promises and do not think they will call you o no you need to waste you airtime so that they can get a sale. Now my lounge suite broke 3 weeks ago and I reported it immediately and today it is still not fixed the excuse is that I bought it on a discounted price and therefore they cannot repair it cost of repair is R1800 rand witch is too much apparently (but hey I must pay R20 000 for it that's no problem to them) talking to the arrogant branch manager does not help there is a total lack of people skills and customer satisfaction she wants to claim it under extended warranty but I only bought it in July it should still have manufacturers warranty buy she cannot claim it from them as she did not use the same SKU CODE as the manufacture. I do not really think that it is my problem I NEED MY LOUNGE SUITE FIXED before R1800 becomes R10000. and headoffice tells you they will get back to you I am still waiting for them.
