I purchased a Nokia 520 Lumia on the 1st Sept 2013. The phone developed manufacturing fault resulting in me taking it back on the 20th Sept 2013. I was informed that it was over 7days so they have to book it in for repairs. I was surprised by this since the purchase was still within 30 days and had been a manufacturing defect. The phone took over 48hrs to be repaired as I was promised it will be and I only received it back on the 30th Sept. When I got back home with the phone I was shocked to discover that it still had the same problem. The sales people at the store have not been helpful. I then tried contacting the HeadOffice which gave me an even appalling service. I purchased the product in good faith, paid R2000 cash for something that doesn't work and the store doesn't want to take responsibility as a seller. I know my Consumer Right and feel forced to take this further. It's been over 30days without a working phone. I want a refund or brand new phone as I'm entitled to one.
