On the 14th September at 12.49pm I ordered a slip cover couch for my Mum in Bull Denim material. Order was paid for and I was assured delivery in 4 - 6 weeks.

I received a call just over a week later to say that the fabric had been discontinued and that I needed to choose new fabric. I did this on the 23rd September at 11.30am.

I was assured by the branch that the original date and time would apply due to it being a slip cover couch. I asked for this to be escalated just in case as this is Wetherly's issue and not mine.

I also requested that two arm sleeves be made for the couch with the spare fabric that I ordered and I was told that they would come back to me. This took several phone calls and eventually they came back saying that this could be done.

My mum phoned the branch last week (12th October) to double check that the couch will be delivered by the 25th October and she was informed that the delivery date is now 13th November. This is completely unacceptable as I cant imagine that a slip cover can take 8 weeks to make. The couch Base is standard and there must be hundreds of them around all the stores.
