I would just like to WARN the public about this store that robs people of their money, provides poor service and still has a bad attitude when confronted! My mom has purchased a bed from this store, just three [6] months later, the bed has completly sunk in and you can literally feel the springs. In november 2012, I bought a couch which was ONLY delivered the 14 DEC [longer that what was promised]. In Febraury 2013, just 2 months after having the couch, the seats started to sink in and the material gathered fluff. looking almost 10 years old already. When I called in to the store in March to complain I was told there is NO warranty on fabric regardless of the delivery man telling me that severa lother customers have had the same complaint. They then collected the couch and fixed the spring and returned the couch to me with the fabric still looking like. Furthermore have not returned the ottoman that holds a part of the couch up and to date have still NOT gotten back to me. I urge the public NOT to purchase from these stores[as they are a franchise] . The prices are affordable but the quality and service is absolutely aweful. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
