About 2months ago i thought i should get a new Couch. I thought this would be a easy process. Instead i was exposed to a incompetent branch that are useless.
I ordered a L shaped couch and waited patiently for delivery. A week later they delivered the couch but with 2 right hand pieces the wrong pieces. Another week went by and they delivered a replacement couch which was BROKEN.They took this broken couch back but could not take back the original wrong couch.i now had to wait another 10 days before they picked up this wrong couch, I had to almost beg for the to get someone to pick up this couch. I told them to cancel my contract which the assured me was cancelled. I spoke to Laurence Naidoo and Fatima who promised me all was fine.2 weeks later i get a sms my debit order is due. Again i phone the branch to enquire why my contract was not cancelled. They promised me it was a system error. Im phoned african bank to double check that my debit order had been cancelled... suprise suprise everyone at the branch had to me. Numerous call to call centre etc has not helped. And to top it all 3 weeks after they picked up all their faulty couches they send a driver to pick up a sofa from my house
