I bought couches fron lewis and 2 months down the line the cloth used to cover the couch was torn. i went to the store to lodge a complain and they promised to collect the couches for repairs. after a month i returned to the store becuse they did not fulfill their promise and they told me abt their budget constraints on petrol thats they havent send the couch to bloem for rapairs. its been 4 months since i lodged the complain and the status core still remains.
Whats more suprising is that they wont even bother to call and explain why the delay, where else i am a paying customer.
