About a 6 months ago I bought a Sleeper couch from Lewis Store in Groblersdal, since then I had to go back to the store to have it replaced due to BAD quality, the couch legs keep on braking off, and this was the last straw!!! I went back to day and had to wait for 30 min in front of the manager desk as she was having a personal conversation with a friend!! This is unacceptable!!! Do they want my business or not, what HAPPEND TO CLIENT SERVICE???.. and what the all the staff knows me by name so many times I had to go back, to complain about either there service or and account problem or my items bought that needs replacement... Please is there anyone that can help me??
