Bought two leather couches from Etienne Lewis Waterkloof glen. The one couch had a stain on when they delivered the couch. The delivery men told my domestic worker that i have to call the office if I have a complaint. When I got home I immediately called the sales lady. The sales lady told me it is not her responsibility since it after sales. That was on the very day that the couches was delivered. Spoke to after sales, she asked me to send a picture. Sent the picture and called to confirm that they have received it. She said that there is definitely something wrong because it is not a normal stain. She never called me back to discuss the way forward. All I got was hostility as if it is now my problem and how dare I complain. I paid R10 000 for the couch, the least they could do is to be decent. I will never buy from Etienne Lewis again.
