So i'm phoning around to find prices on a rowing machine as the website does not seem to work at all never loads on explorer, chrome or firefox, so i called to speak to someone, after ringing for 10mins i get an answer but need to be transfered to the correct department this is met with a hang up, so called again and again hold while the ppl there argue amongst them selvs about what i dont know or care, end result after 30min on the phone sorry sir we do not stock such a thing call menlyn, ok called menlyn no one even answers the call my question is, IS THERE SUCH A THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THESE SO CALLED RETAIL GIANTS? i dont think so especially since this is not the first issue i've had with game so off to a company that needs my money!
