Blocking my account

Listen carefully Edgars. My son just this moment wanted to make a purchase on my account. We both have signing powers on it. Apparently my account has been blocked!??? Now this is the third time that Edgars has done nothing but waste my time. 2 weeks ago I went to The Glen and your tills were down, after I shopped for hours (after you people virtually begged me to come and buy - you will notice I was just about closed on the account) so I went. I put the stuff away and left. A week later I tried again, and this time, I stood for hours at the till while your people couldn't figure out why a certain blouse (Forever New) couldn't go through. It meant that they had to RE-do every item in my many bags. I stood some more. Just now my son phones from JET and says there's a block on my account and that apparently I have to re-register my account. NOw I want to tell you EDGARS that will freeze over before I go to YOUR store to re-open this account. YOU are just not worth it! I've had the account for almost 40 years now and I am telling you I will close it summarily and never ever buy from you again. SO fix it and let me know or go away forever. I am absolutely mad as about this. W
