I still await my refund on a damaged item which was collected from me about three weeks ago. I received an e mail from a call centre agent confirming the refund has been done prior to the collection of the damaged item. She confirmed this will be paid directly into my credit card however it's not been done!!! I have sent serveral follow up emails requesting for my refund. Secondly I ordered an I helicopter for my husband as a valentines day gift and guess what... Groupon has not yet delivered this to me... Might get to me in time for Christmas... Please refund me urgently for both items!!! Thanks
