My father has been paying my account every month I recently received a sms saying I am in arrears by r55 due to paying short and that my. Installment increased after I purchased something, I then returned all the items and then the following month received a sms then I'm n0w in arrears by r240 I went in to markhams in wynberg maynard mall and queried it with washiefa and all she cud tell me was their books closed that's why it increased I explained that I dont understand that I returned my items and how is it my arrears increased from r55 to r240 and all she cud say was their books closed and I said so if I should pay the r240 and my installment i will be in credit for the next month as the system will update and see that I returned the items she says now the system has updated after telling me it did not update and then I asked again so y is the arears all of a sudden so much and all she cud say was because their books closed. I requested a statement with all my instalments due and what I paid every month so that I cud see my self and she said she cannot the only statement she can give is a slip that shows what I bought and what I paid.
