Don't care attitude

On the 02nd of November 2013 my family and I went to have breakfast at Wimpy Princess Crossing which we do every end of the month because we do our monthly shopping at the Pick n Pay Princess Crossing. When the waiter took our order my daughter ordered a kids chocolate milkshake as that is her favourite. When our drinks came the waiter gave her hot chocolate... BIG DIFFERENCE between chocolate milkshake and hot chocolate!!! Both my husband and myself like our eggs sunny side up but not raw so we ask for them to turn the egg once so that the egg yolk is still runny. When my husband got his eggs he was very disappointed because his eggs were hard. Also the cutlery was dirty. We brought all of our disappointments under the attention of the manager who apologised but also look like he did not really care what was happening in the Wimpy. So my question is how many people have eaten with dirty cutlery and had bad attitudes from the Wimpy's staff? I would like for this matter to be addressed as I pay like anyone else and expect good service, clean cutlery and also good attitude!! Thank you so much.
