I used dial a bed's online service to purchase. After 2 days i had not received any feedback from them and i saw another add that had a cheaper product with a different retailer, i called dial a bed to cancel the order and they assured me that my refund will be in my account by friday the 25th of january and i was pleased with that.
To my surprise on friday they had debited my account twice, i called them on monday the 28th & was assured that i would receive feedback from their accounts lady Amanda before end of business and as usual they haven't responded. I am really unhappy with their processes.
