After several requests to change my address on my monthly statement, my statements are STILL being addressed and sent to my OLD ADDRESS!!! I mean what does it take to change simple details on my account and how many times do i need to ask!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I have phoned into "WOOLIES" (HA) SEVERAL times and sent SEVERAL emails but to no AVAIL!!!
PLEASE EXCUSE ME IF I HAVE MADE ANY PUNCTUAL OR GRAMMATICAL ERRORS IN THIS MESSAGE BUT I AM NOW AT THE END OF MY WITS!!!

PS; I almost forgot, please also provide me with an explanation as to how I have 2 different statements for the identical month with 2 different addresses??? How does that work!?!?!?! Are you 2 different companies?
