Trying to Change my address

I have been into the Woolworths at Bayside twice to change my address. From what i understand this can not be done over the phone? Not sure why as most retail store offer this. I have filled out the forms and handed them in. I have sat with the rather un-polite and just generally not happy customer service people, and still no success in changing my address. I have not received a statement in over 18months now. I have then naturally been harassed by the collections department/agents to pay my outstanding bills. I have left the bills unpaid on purpose so that some1 will call and let me know what is due. Just to add insult to injury, both times this happened the collection agent confirmed that they would change my details so i would receive my statement. This was almost 6 months ago. Still no success. I have no idea if my account is being used illegally or what amount is due as i have no reference to work off. At this rate, i would rather consider cancelling my "My School" card... As far as financial companies go Woolworth is worse than any company i have ever dealt with!
