Dear Manager

I would like to report an incident. I lost my parking ticket in the Mall on the 20th September arround 20h00 and after returning to the area where I lost it, I could not find it a proceeded to the parking office. There was nobody there or at the pay point window opposite the office. I approached the security and they after about an hour P Chabalala helped me. He said I will have to pay R75 for the lost ticket. I said that's fine but there is nobody at the parking office. After he wasted my time for more than 30 min he told me he found a ticket on the floor where I said I lost my ticket. I wanted to thank him but he wasted my time and my wife was waiting for me not knowing why I'm taking so long. As I walked away he said I must buy him a cold drink as I'm saving R75. I said not a chance and walked away promptly. Then I decided to report him and turned around to get his name. He immediately took off his name tag and put it in his pocket. Because I'm not allowed to force him to give his name, I shouted for more security to assist me. Eventually his supervisor came, who understood my complaint and instructed Mr Chabalala to give me his name. His supervisor also took down
