Damaged goods/Pathetically disgusting service

This has been an extremely disappointing experience for both myself and my wife to be.
We ordered the specific type of bed which we both tested at the shop, chose and ordered, however a totally different bed was delivered to us of which we have never seen before and even tested. In Addition we also purchased a headboard, however the state in which it arrived was disgusting, there were nails sticking through the material which had torn through the fabric, the wood in which the legs needed to be mounted was broken and chipped off, the bed was unstable, even the delivery guys were shocked at the state of the headboard. I was at the store on numerous occasions and i even called several times requesting that the bed be taken off the floor and stored safely and this was promised to me, the purchase was made on the 6/11/2013 and however on Saturday the 07/12/2013 the headboard was still being displayed on the shop floor. I was promised delivery would take place on the 07/12/13 between 2-4pm, however by 5pm still nothing, no call to even let me know the good were not going to be delivered. This has to by far been the worst experience i have even had purchasing something.
