The service is bad and raciest from an old nurse who does not know how to talk or act with people of colour because infront of you she treats white people with respect and puts down people of colour and it was not only myself 2 other people experenced the same while waiting, even putting her leg up on the chair i was sitting on. Her name is Sister P D Spenceloy it is sad very sad, I hope clicks managers deal with this as this is 2013 and can the manager please inform her that it is no more the 80's in south africa and please send her for customer training or get rid of he
