On the 28th January 2013, after 4pm, I decided to go and do some grocery shopping at Greenstone Mall at the pnp hypermarket there. When going to pay for my goods, I was greeted by a friendly mature lady which was the cashier. She started a very friendly conversation with me while scanning my produce. When I got home, I scanned through my receipt, just to notice that a at least 3 items were double or tripled charged even though I only bought one item! Also, my prepaid voucher was not the correct amount as requested. Even though she was a friendly cashier, her lack of attention basically cost me about a R100! Consumers beware! I have no proof that the above is true but my word. And in this day and age every penny counts, and this lady cost me about a R100 which I have nothing to show for. Its nice to receive friendly service, but staff need to be trained to still pay attention to what they are doing to avoid mistakes such as I experienced.
