Friendly staff, greeted by a lady at the entrance and proceeded to an equally friendly cashier. Didn't get her name, had a chuckle when I referred to my receipt and saw the name 'Beyonce'.
When I had a problem with an item, Baxolile helped me out immediately and checked on me during my meal there. This was the first time I experienced such great service at any KFC outlet!
