I would like to thank Nomusa Radebe for restoring my faith in Checkers. A few times I have had really bad customer service from staff at this Checkers and for a long time I avoided going there to do my shopping. For months I would rather take a detour on my way home to shop at Pick 'n Pay rather than stop there.
On the weekend I had some urgent stuff to get and was forced to stop at this shop which I was dreading. When I got to the cashier, Nomusa greeted me very friendly. At first I was shocked, because with my previous experiences I (the customer) was not even acknowledged never mind greeted.
Nomusa was very friendly and professional. It is definitely thanks to her that you now have me back as a shopper in your store.
