I visited the Chaimberlain's in Silver Lakes yesterday 19/01/2013 at 09:28. I went to the information desk and was greeted and assisted with friendly service. I then proceeded to pay for my items. On arrival at the pay point I greeted the lady (Anna-Marie Van Eeden) and nothing... Not a hello, how are you... nothing... Normally once the items has been tallied the cashier will proceed to indicate the total cost, again nothing... On payment and leaving I said thanks and bye and again not a single word. I believe that the staff should be friendly and helpful; in this case it was the total opposite. If this is the type of service I can expect I will rather take my business elsewhere.
