I recently bought 2 pairs of shoes from Zando, I paid via eft. When I received the items they were too big for me, so I returned them.
They have sent me an email to say my refund is being processed on the 02.10.2013. It is now the 16.10.2013 and I still havent received my money.
When I emailed them to query they tell me to go to my bank. The bank cannot do anything if the money is not reflecting, Zando needs to take ownership of the problem and fix this!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Will never shop with them again!
