Hi guys

Please make a note to never order anything on pre-order with Kalahari. They will promise you the moon and the stars and as soon as you pay (like me - 2 months beforehand) to get the CD *FIRST*, they will blame their suppliers for only obtaining the CD a month after it is released in CD shops. You will end up getting the CD *LAST*. On top of that they will tell you that even the price is at the discretion of their suppliers. This is absolute rubbish. I deal with Kalahari - I do not give a rat's as to who your suppliers are - that is your fight to fight with them!
I demand a rebate for my money which you now have had for more than 2 months and delivering NOTHING. What is the difference between this and? You took money without delivering the goods.

At the very least I would expect a company with good client service admit mistakes and not delivering and offer the customer some form of gratification, whether it is a voucher or whatever. Just an apology is not enough. I do realize that with pre-order you can only deliver as and when the CD is released, but in this instance the CD has been released everywhere! Do you just want to earn interest on client's money???
