I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on the 7th of November 2013, paid the same morning, never received any feedback from zando, i complained the 11th of november, and the responce was that an email was sent out, and they are not sure why i hadnt received it.
when i eventually received my order, i had to return a pair of shoes as they were too big, i again got no feedback from zando, i had to complain again on the 25th of November, and only after i complained did i receive my store credit in order to purchase the same shoes in a smaller size.
I ordered the shoes on the 26th of november and yes im still waiting...
im very unhappy with the service at zando, as well as the attitudes of the staff replying to my emails.
I will never reccommend zando to anyone. also never use the service again.
