I still don't have my refund

On the 27th of September I posted a complaint on HelloPeter.com about Kalahari not refunding me my money I was advised by Kerri to go on to the website and request a credit refund because they had changed systems and that was the way it needed to be done now. I then did this on the 11th of October. It is now the 21st and I still don't have my money! I phoned the call centre on Friday and they advised the money will be in my bank today, well it's not. I then phoned again and spoke to Lindsay who could not even trace my refund, she had advised me that she will investigate further and get back to me today still, she has just called me saying that she has not had any feedback, at least she had the decency to give me a call and give me an update. Please can I just get my money back? Please take note that I placed my order in JULY already, it's now October and I still don't have the product or my money back!!! Why is it such a freaking mission to get back what is rightfully mine?
