I placed and order on the 06.09.13. Order was paid the same day. I received notification that my order has been cancelled due to out of stock. I was advised that my money would be refunded, this according to Kerri Fernandes happened on the 26.09.2013.I have checked my bank statement and there is no refund in my account. I have also sent a copy of my bank statement as proof. Since when does a basic refund of R349.00 take so long to do? I did not receive the goods and you cancelled the order. I am tired of nagging. Please give me my money back so we can just move on. I will not use you again. Like I said with my previous complaint, it was a 1st and a last.
Your service and turn around times for one, leave much to be desired.
I should have taken a drive to the book store instead. It probably would have been less of a headache. I dont want you apologizing profusely for the poor service ect. ect.. I have heard it all before. I want my money back that you and I want to forget all about Kalahari... for good.
