In Dec 2012 I saw a ad on the net for a water plant. I went to the website - [URL Removed] - and got in contact with Mr Deon Bester. I asked for a quotation for a water plant as I want to start my own small business. A month later he sent me a mail advertising a water plant for half price as a buyer did not want the plant anymore. I got another quote from him. The arrangement was that the plant will be installed 3 weeks after payment was received. I payed him in two payments, last payment end of February. Since then he made numerous promises to install the plant but up to today he did not do so. Some of the clamps and parts were delivered to my house but nothing according to the quote. I try to contact him via email as I am out of the country, but he ignores my emails. The times I phoned him he only promise but still up to today nothing has happened.
