I have been a customer of Superplants for about 8 years since moving to Sunningdale. I have bought a fair amount over the years through establishing two gardens and my extended family also living in the area support the Parklands store.
I am just upset about a recent purchase of 3 Cupressus which I were told by the consultant helping me on the day were hard wearing, loved sun and required little maintenance. They were slightly brown in places but I was assured they were good to go.
They died about 3 days later (they had been watered) and a friend who is a landscaper has recently informed me and after she saw my plants that they are prone to diseases and that they would have surely been infected at the time I bought them not to mention they are fickle and prone to dying. It they were "cheap" it wouldn't be too much of a big deal however they were R160 each and I would like to know what Superplants is willing to do for me in order to maintain a previously loyal and happy customer.
