I just called Edgars (time of call 10:45 - 15.10.2013) to query my account the nerve of the lady to continue with her convesation with her colleuges while I am holding. Then she drops the line saying "Good Bye" as a sign to show she knew I was on then line.. Service needs to be both side of the coin when you call me to question, why i missed payment as well as when I want to query some thing.
