I was called by a lady who tried to sell a life cover to me, I was very clear and to the point that I'm not interested. After a month I found a letter from my box congradulating me for joining the policy, I was very upset and I calld Edgars to cancel and dispute the premium, they promised me to do so but they diddnt, the next month I received a statment with the same debit I called and said the same thing of which they did not. I have spoken to more than 9 people from the CLIENT CARE department of which you hold for close to 15minutes per call, but no one assisted me. Today I got a statement and I've been charged an account reversal fee for a application. No one has called me to explain or show some emphathy. I would like to alert people to check their statements Edgars is not only from methey have done it to some other people, this is pure exploitation getting rich at the expense poor people.
